Paddlesport is shown to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and enhance emotional wellbeing. From May, forum+ is excited to be resuming our monthly visit to the Pirate Castle for Rainbow Paddlers, the adult paddlesport session run by and for the LGBTQ+ community. Summer is an amazing time to join the kayaking sessions and to enjoy an informal social afterwards at the Pirate Castle.
