Exercising near water and greenery has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve mental health and wellbeing. Summer is a wonderful time to enjoy a peaceful paddle on the beautiful stretch of Regent’s Canal in the heart of Camden. We love our monthly kayaking sessions and enjoying a friendly social together afterwards at the Pirate Castle.
