Paddlesport is shown to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and enhance emotional wellbeing. On Friday 19th September join with forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers, paddlesport hosted by and for the LGBTQ+ community. Autumn is a wonderful time to join the sessions and to enjoy a peaceful paddle on Regent’s Canal, in the heart of Camden. On Saturday 19th September it’s the forum+ Cookout & Picnic in Paradise Park! At our picnic spot we will enjoy food and drinks together, taking in the beautiful surrounds of one of Islington’s loveliest green spaces. Our cookout will take place at the EverGrill Hotplate. Attendees will be invited to cook their own food on the grill and to enjoy a picnic on our rainbow blankets. Booking is essential and places are limited. Community Preview of Korea at The British Museum
Join forum+ at The British Museum for a community preview of Korea. Discover 2,000 years of Korean creativity – through works spanning from around 300 BC to the present day. Featuring outstanding examples of sculpture, painting and decorative arts over two millennia – up to the present day – the exhibition presents the most comprehensive chronological survey of Korean visual and material culture seen in Europe for over 40 years. The Big Welcome Fair at London Met
forum+ will be participating in The Big Welcome Fair at London Met University, hosting an information stall at the main campus in Holloway. We look forward to meeting students beginning their university journey and we’re delighted to be joining again with our friends at The Rainbow Room. forum+ support services and social support groups are open to LGBT people studying in the boroughs of Camden or Islington.
