Ramses Underhill-Smith is a Businessman and LGBT+ campaigner. Ramses is the founder and MD of Alternative Care Services the UK’s only specialist LGBT+ care provider.

Ramses is also on the board of Spectra, a CIC that works to improve the choices, health and well-being of people often from diverse and marginalised communities, empowering positive, informed choices about health, including sexual health, emotional resilience and wellbeing.

He is an ambassador for Opening Doors London, the biggest charity providing information and support services specifically for older Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT+) people in the UK.
