Cooking With Pride
forum+ is proud to join with our friends at St Luke’s Community Centre for Cooking With Pride. At the cookery class and social support group we learn culinary skills and enjoy a delicious meal together. We have fantastic fun in the kitchen at St Luke’s and it’s amazing to have the opportunity to learn how to cook low-budget, nutritious meals. Pre-booking is essential (no walks-in accepted) and our August class is currently fully booked. QB X Summer Sounds
Enjoy an electrifying evening of queer performance at King’s Cross Summer Sounds, hosted in the iconic Coal Drops Yard. Queer Britain Museum in partnership with Sounds Queer has curated a fantastic free evening of queer music excellence. Yshee Black will host a night of beatboxing by Kimmy Beatbox, a DJ set from Toby Corton, hyperpop from Dyan Tai, soul and R&B from Thandi Phoenix, Arno Sacco’s R&B, and jazz from Bessi. forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers
Paddlesport is shown to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and enhance emotional wellbeing. On Friday 21st August join with forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers, paddlesport hosted by and for the LGBTQ+ community. Summer is a wonderful time to join the sessions and to enjoy a peaceful paddle on Regent’s Canal, in the heart of Camden. Our friends at The Pirate Castle are celebrating an incredible milestone 60th Anniversary! On Sunday 23rd August, 11 am – 6 pm, a special Open Day is being held with free canal boat trips and kayaking / canoeing sessions, games and activities, face painting, refreshments and more! forum+ is excited to be joining the celebrations and saluting the amazing contributions of The Pirate Castle. forum+ Cookout and Picnic
The forum+ Cookout & Picnic at Paradise Park is always one of the highlights of our summer. Due to the challenging weather and heatwaves, we’re experiencing this summer we have decided to postpone the picnic and cookout until September. We wish to gather together in a comfortable and safe setting and look forward to getting on the grill in Paradise Park in September.
